Sizing Guide:
- Most of our products contain a size guide in the description. Please note that all the sizes follow the imperial format. Make sure you are selecting your size based on the posted sizes as we do not accept returns for wrong size orders.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is calculated during check out.
When will my order ship?
- Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
- We process all orders at the end of the day. If you need to cancel your order, send us an email immediately at contact@thedogmerch.com and we can cancel it.
What happens if I ordered the wrong size or color?
- You must contact us immediately after placing the order to change the address. You have until the end of the day you placed the order to contact us at contact@thedogmerch.com so we can make the appropriate changes.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
- You must contact us immediately after placing the order to change the address. All orders are processed at the end of the day. Requests received before the end of the day will be corrected.
Do you take returns?
- Unfortunately, since all products are made specially for you once you place an order, we don't do refunds. We only accept refunds for received damaged items.
